Common Questions
What Insurances do you Accept?
We accept most major medical insurance carriers, Medicare and Medicaid. We do NOT accept out of state Medicaid or other state specific healthcare insurances.
What ages do we see?
We see all ages.
Do you accept Passport Insurance?
Yes, but you will need to call and have Kentucky Health and Wellness Practice changed to your Primary Care Provider (PCP). For information on Passport Insurance call (800) 578-0603.
Do you have Labs drawn on site?
Yes, we can draw most labs on site and use LabCorp to process the results. Most lab results are completed within 24 hours.
Do you accept cash payments for services?
Yes, we offer affordable cash prices for all services available.
Do you have x-Ray cabilities?
Yes, we have a diagnostic X-Ray machine located at the Owensboro Clinic used to determine if further treatment or referral to a specialist is necessary.
Do you perform DOT Physicals?
Yes, you can download the DOT Physical form on our website and walk in any of our clinics to complete the physical.
