It is called Direct Care. For $50.00 per month for an individual or $85.00 per month for a family we can provide you with ALL of your primary care needs. Need to see a healthcare provider on a same day or next day appointment schedule. We do it! Need an annual physical? It’s included!
Are Urgent care needs important to you? It’s included! For just a $50.00 per month membership all of your primary care needs are taken care of with no wait and no hassle. It’s personalized care that is affordable and direct to you.
Mental Health Care
Our team provides compassionate and confidential care for common mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Whether you need an initial evaluation, medication management, or referrals to specialized care, we are here to support your mental health with the same dedication and urgency as your physical health.
